I don't know about you, but I'm counting the days until this quarantine situation is over. What I thought will be a nice occasion for all of us to catch up is beginning now to get a bit too much, if you know what I mean. Don't get me wrong, I love my children and husband to bits, but sometimes we just need a break, take some time off. With that being said, I'm already making plans with things I want to do once this whole situation will be over. If you're curious to find out, then read on!
Go shopping
My husband just gave me an eye roll when he read this! Unfortunately for him (he has to drive me) and for my wallet, this is one of my favorite ways to relax. I love going through stores and checking out the latest collections and trends. I don't always buy something, but when I need a little bit of inspiration for my articles or for my photography, I know I can always find it there.
Spa day
Oh, how I miss the good old spa days! The hustle and bustle of modern life can be stressful for the mind, body and soul and a spa day is a perfect opportunity to relax and de-stress from time to time. Honestly, I can't wait to book a spa break in Yorkshire and enjoy it to the maximum together with my friends. Talking about friends, that brings us to the next talking point.
Meet with my friends
Even if I speak with them all the time, I miss meeting with my friends a lot! It's something different when you meet face to face and get to chat about everything over a cup of tea and I miss that! You see, we take these little things for granted and once we can't have them anymore, we want them so bad. I am right?
Enjoy outdoors
I'll let you know a little secret. I'm quite an introvert person, so for me going out all the time is not no1 on my to-do list, but this period has made me rethink this whole situation and made me realize that I should enjoy the outdoors more than ever! And guess what? I plan to do that! I've planned so many lovely outdoor family outings once this is over and I can't wait to go.
Travel
If you've read my previous posts you know that I have quite a huge bucket list when it comes to travel. I want to visit so many places, that I don't even know where to start. I realize that I'm not the only one with this in mind and how busy everything will be once the travel ban is over, so I'll start small with tourist attractions that are closer to me and then plan a well-deserved family trip.
These are just a few things that I'll enjoy doing once everything will get back to "normal". I am curious, what do you plan to do? Share your plans with me in the comment section below. Stay safe and healthy my friends!
